HOW TO MUTSCHEL
‘How to Mutschel’ is an interactive flipbook, explaining an unknown pastry from my hometown. It has several sections, from history to game examples. At the end, a pop-up version of a Mutschel opens. There are two animations in the book that run in both directions. One explains how to knead the dough, the other is placed behind the text so that left-handed people (like myself) can also enjoy leafing through it. The city of Reutlingen (the inventors of the Mutschel) sells this book in the city's tourist shop.
